Angel arrives in Medellín after hearing rumors about the city’s endless stream of young men looking for a way out of difficult situations. Fascinated by the energy of the city, he quickly meets a tattoo model taking a break after an afternoon jog. Before long, Angel convinces him to become his personal tour guide for the next few days.
