Reporting Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines when reporting content to ensure your reports are valid.

1. We’re aware that there’s a large amount of content with dead servers, largely from content from years ago where only one server was available, which has since ceased operations. We can’t update hundreds of videos at once; it requires time and the involvement of several people, which we’re short on resources. Therefore, we can only fulfill a maximum of two requests per person per day. Your IP is recorded when you submit a report and if you exceed the allowed number, each subsequent one will be blocked. You’re welcome to submit two more reports after 24h.

2. When you report content with no working server, make sure all available servers are dead. If there is even one up, your report will be ignored. We emphasize that we do not update the content with new download links even if they don’t work, we only add new servers.

3. If we are unable to update server list for reported content, it will be removed from our site to prevent further reports.

4. When you report that one of the servers is playing the wrong video, please specify which server this applies to in the description field. The same applies to incorrect or missing data like performer, channel or content describing video, it will make our work easier.

5. If you want to report something else and you expect our response, it is better to use the comments section below video, this way we will be able to address your issue.

6. We do not accept requests regarding the posting of any content that is not on the website, but you would like to see it.

7. All requests are processed usually within 48h depending on the queue, so please be patient and do not send repeated reports within this time as they will be flagged as spam and blocked. When the content is updated, you will find it in the Updated videos section.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation. The above guidelines may change, so we encourage you to check back periodically.
