Office grunt Steve Rickz is eager for promotion and finds himself interviewing with manager Dante Martin. Dante appreciates the team attitude but he tells Steve the job can get very hard from time to time, and he inquires about Steve’s personal qualifications should such a matter arise. He makes it clear to Steve that the fastest way to come up in the company is to go all the way down. Steve considers the offer for a moment then shows Dante that he’s a perfect fit for any position Dante has in mind, which is a good thing, because now that Steve has shown his proficiency, Dante has many, many positions in store for his new assistant.
