I think this guy was pushed to move to Prague by his girlfriend. She already had a job in the capital and wanted her boyfriend to be with her. On the other hand, he worked in Prague before so maybe he wasn’t too upset about it. The boy wanted to work with machinery so I offered him a lower management position at a factory.
