Dakota overhears his stepdad Brody stressing over how he can’t pay the mortgage since Dakota’s mom left. He loves him very much and can’t stand the idea of moving out because of economic issues. Dakota decides to do something about it and talks to Brody to ask him if there’s anything he can do to help.
