Ricardo Sparta is an experienced real estate agent who prides himself on his foolproof sales techniques. With so much experience in the business, he’s mastered many different ways to put his clients at ease. Today’s victim is Lucas Angel. Young Lucas wants to rent an apartment and has heard great things about Ricardo’s work. He decides to schedule a viewing of a furnished apartment. During the visit, Ricardo realizes that Lucas is his favorite type of client: desperate, unsure, and eager for dick. Lucas shows great interest in renting the property, but soon begins making the excuses Ricardo is familiar with. But Ricardo is determined to rent the apartment… and have some fun in the process, too. Taking advantage of Lucas’s eagerness for the property, Ricardo promises to help him… but not for free.
