Dominic Young transferred by letter from Pastor Cali’s home church where his parents were long time members. Mrs. Young wanted to support the new congregation and thought her stepson, from a respectable upper middle class stepfamily, could be a good influence on young men from the rougher neighborhoods around the church. Given Dominic’s small stature and shy nature, I fear the opposite is more likely, but I intend to keep a close watch on him and keep him safe, and on the right path.
