Andrew Delta is new to the base. He just got stationed at the base and is getting his bearings. With getting the lay of the land, he is also getting an idea of where and when he can get dick. He’s been getting a lot of misses and thinks he may have finally found a way to cruise on base in the lockers one fateful day.
