Victor Nalla is your typical hard-ass boss that everyone hates: overbearing, stuck-up, and famous at the office for getting off on humiliating his employees. Then there’s João Alves, an ambitious rookie who’s tired of getting shat on for free and decides it’s time to make a move to climb the corporate ladder. To try and snag a better position, he offers to pick up his boss at home for a ride to work, using the private commute to play his final card. The second they step into Victor’s apartment, João doesn’t waste any time and lays it all out: he wants that promotion and he’s willing to do any kind of dirty work to get it. Victor, who’s no fool and has been thirsting for his employee’s body, realizes he’s got the k*d right where he wants him. With a crooked smirk, the boss decides to turn his place into a corporate whorehouse, making it crystal clear that this promotion is getting settled on his dick. The degradation starts out heavy: Victor kicks back and tells João that if he really wants the job, he’s gotta get on his knees and lick his boss’s shoes, tasting the soles and his own shame. But Victor wants more and orders him to strip off his socks, forcing João to worship his feet and suck on his toes, turning his career path into a session of pure humiliation. The dominance reaches a breaking point when the boss decides he’s done playing with the k*d’s head and now he wants his ass. Victor starts manhandling his subordinate, showing him exactly who’s in fucking charge while João loses himself in the forbidden thrill of getting owned by his tormentor. It’s a total trade-off of interest and lust: the boss pounding the rookie without mercy, using every inch of that hole that’s practically begging to be promoted. In the end, the apartment turns into a full-blown, X-rated playground where professionalism is out the window. It’s nothing but loud moans and raw, filthy action as they both go at it in a fuck-fest that only those with a power fetish can understand. João finds out that climbing the ladder takes way more “dedication” than he ever imagined, and Victor makes sure his favorite subordinate is always on all fours, ready to serve his master in and out of the office.
