Bastian Karim works for a home systems services company and Diego Reyes comes by to order an audio system for his new property. Inside the warehouse, Diego makes his selection and requests that it be ordered and installed right away.
Bastian advises Diego that company policy requires a minimum of a week to process the order but Diego wants it right now!
