This young man wasn’t a fan of physical labor at all. He tried working as a construction worker and absolutely hated it. After graduating, he started looking for a comfortable office job. The guy wanted to work with his brain, not his muscle. I liked him so I was willing to hire him despite his lack of experience. I even let him choose from two jobs. He took the better paid one, of course. Obviously, he was in serious financial problems. My cash was very tempting, and he wasn’t shy at all.
