It’s been a couple of months since Brody married Dakota’s mother and became part of the family, and the boy is thrilled about it. He has grown to love Brody, admiring him and loving every second with him. Not only does he see him as a father figure but he also has a secret crush on him. So, when Thanksgiving comes, Dakota is ready to give Brody a present that he is not expecting. First, Dakota gives him a heartwarming letter in which he asks him to officially adopt him. Moved by the gesture, Brody says yes immediately. Yet, what he doesn’t know is that Dakota has one more surprise in store for him. It’s a very special gift that will change things forever between them. Dakota then blindfolds his new stepdaddy for this second surprise and turns himself into a Thanksgiving centerpiece. When Brody removes his blindfold, he realizes his stepson’s true feelings for him and gives his boy what he really wants.
