JD Phoenix has been letting his frat bro, Ray Boogie rent out his unit. Unfortunately, times are tough for everyone, and Ray’s habitual late payments are becoming a big problem. So, when JD heads over to the rental unit to confront his old bro and give him the bad news, he doesn’t expect to find Ray napping. JD always has to hunt Ray down for the rent each month, and today, he took a chance and entered the unit, even though Ray is supposed to be at work. Some things never change.
JD would have kicked Ray out ages ago if he weren’t his fraternity brother. JD wakes Ray up to give him an ultimatum. But Ray is willing to do anything to keep from losing his apartment. And when JD sees Ray’s big bulge, he decides they can make it work.
Why not? We all have needs, and today, Ray needs to make JD blow a huge load.
